WEBSITE ERRORS
Whilst we endeavour to achieve complete accuracy within our website, Clockwisemotion Ltd reserves the right to cancel any orders or withdraw any offerings based upon the discovery of any inaccuracies contained within this website, such as pricing errors. In the exceptionally unlikely event that this should occur, the purchaser will be notified prior to payment being taken. All goods remain the property of Clockwisemotion Ltd until payment has been received in full.
LIABILITY
Clockwisemotion Ltd is a manufacturer and agent for competition parts (defined as parts that enhance the performance of a vehicle). These parts are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects and workmanship at the point of sale and should therefore be carefully inspected prior to fitting. Any warranty ceases once competition parts are fitted. All product warranty is in addition to your specific legal rights. All statutory rights remain unaffected. Unless stated, all of our products are new. The warranty protects the original owner & is not transferable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase and covers defects in material and manufacturing. Under no circumstances will Clockwisemotion Ltd accept liability for any damage or loss outside of its control, such as damage caused by accident, misuse, modification or damage caused by neglect. The warranty therefore does not cover any incidental or consequential losses, the cost of return for testing or the cost of removal and re-installation.
ADVICE
Clockwisemotion Ltd shall not be liable for any advice given by its employees or agents to the purchaser / buyer as to the application or use of product(s), unless such advice is confirmed in writing by Clockwisemotion Ltd.
PRICING
The price payable for the goods you order or purchase is as set out on our website at the time you submit your order, plus any price for delivery advised to you. Items can be purchased by following the onscreen prompts after clicking on the item(s) you wish to purchase. Changes or corrections to errors on the order can be made at any time prior to clicking the "CHECKOUT" button. We may not accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or anyone else in those circumstances. All prices quoted are in Great British Pounds (GBP). Both VAT exclusive and VAT inclusive prices are displayed at the current UK rate. Clockwisemotion Ltd reserves the right to change prices in the future without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel or amend orders containing incorrectly priced or described items. Secure payment can be made using most major credit/debit cards by completing the details in the "checkout" page. By using a credit/debit card to pay for your order you confirm that the card been used is yours or that you are authorised to use it.
ORDER COMPLETION
Any order placed with Clockwisemotion Ltd is deemed as completed only once the product(s) ordered have been dispatched to the purchaser.
STOCK LEVELS
Despite our best efforts, items may sometimes go out of stock. If an item does go out of stock after an order has been placed we will attempt to notify you.
