Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 24 hours on a next day courier, (subject to stock availability) but please allow 2-3 working days for delivery of UK orders before contacting us. A working day is defined as "Monday to Friday" and does not include bank holidays.

All products will be sent by recorded post or courier and will require a signature upon receipt. It is your responsibility to do all you reasonably can to ensure delivery can take place. A card will be left if no one is available to sign and we reserve the right to charge for repeated re-deliveries.

No liability will be accepted for any loss or damage suffered by you due to any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In such a case we will inform you of the delay and the reason for the delay as soon as is practically possible. No responsibility can be accepted for delivery to an incorrectly submitted address, or if the delivery is not clearly signed for by the purchaser.

We strongly suggest that you do not schedule or commence any work until after you have received your order. Please check all goods are complete, defect free and suitable for your purpose.

All items can only be delivered to the external door of a ground floor location at the delivery address.

The title of the goods shall remain that of Clockwisemotion Ltd until all goods have been paid for in full.

Damages & shortages

Please refuse damaged items, or if inadvertently accepted please notify us immediately of the damage and take photographic evidence. The item along with all the damaged packaging must be returned to us before a replacement or refund can be issued. 

Notification of shortages should be made within 5 days of receipt as we regret that beyond this time we may be unable to process any claims.


You may return standard 'stock' product(s) purchased from Clockwisemotion Ltd up to a maximum of 14 days after receiving your order for a full refund if required, without giving a reason. A refund will be repaid onto the purchasing card or account only, within 14 days of Clockwisemotion Ltd receiving the return and subject to the conditions below;  

  • All carriage costs relating to returning the products must be borne by the customer.
  • The item is returned within 14 days of the customer notifying us of the return.
  • Items are returned complete in an "as purchased" saleable condition, without having had any protective seals removed and along with all original packaging.
  • The item has not been fitted or modified in any way from its original state.

Special order items correctly made to a customer supplied specification cannot be returned or refunded:

All returns are to be accompanied by a completed copy of the returns form stating customers name, address, contact details and invoice number. Please click HERE to download our Returns Form. We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, so please retain proof of postage.
