Darton Mitsubishi EVO X MID Sleeves supplied and fitted to your block ready to install pistons.

Surface prepared to "as new" via vapour, aqueous and ultrasonic cleaning. 

Block machined on latest MAZAK multi axis CNC machining centre to take sleeves.

Sleeves installed using custom jigs and clamp down kits to ensure no drop.

Waterways and block machined to give positive deck for optimum head gasket seal.

Sunnen multi stage hone with deck plate fitted, ensures correct bore geometry.

Inspected throughout using Renishaw probes, Aberlink CMM, and Mitutoyo hand tools.

Block can be supplied outright at additional cost.
