Honda K24 mono sleeve supplied and fitted to your block ready to install pistons.

Surface prepared to "as new" via vapour, aqueous and ultrasonic cleaning. 

Block machined on latest MAZAK multi axis CNC machining centre to take sleeve.

Sleeve installed using custom jigs and clamp down kits to ensure no drop.

Flat deck, no split line or differing expansion for optimum head gasket seal.

Low Friction, oleophilic surface is ideal for NA high piston speed applications.

Sunnen diamond multi stage hone with deck plate fitted, ensures correct bore geometry.

Inspected throughout using Renishaw probes, Aberlink CMM, and Mitutoyo hand tools.

Block can be supplied outright at additional cost.
