Independently calibrated dyno test bed facility set-up and ready to run the Honda K20 engine, making it ideal for engine running in, ECU mapping, cam timing and development work.
Dedicated engine mounts, coolant, fuelling and wiring looms allow the engine to be installed on the rig in the minimum of time helping to reduce costs.
In addition our adjustable exhaust manifold allows your optimum exhaust configuration to be determined quickly and simply without the expense of having to produce multiple manifolds.
Full engine data logging can be provided from each run in addition to the usual power and torque plots.
The following example shows a typical as installed power plot from a third party chassis dyno.Stock 2002 UK spec K20 vs. ITB, 36000miles, fitted with Jenvey individual throttle bodies, Non optimised 4 into 1 exhaust manifold, 2 *" exhaust system and programmable engine management.
